Shipping

Combined Shipping:

I always combine shipping the best way possible if the items allow. Please contact me for a shipping quote on combined items. Or, if you make a purchase and pay, then I will refund the difference in the shipping cost automatically after items are packed and quoted. Some items cannot be combined.

International Buyers:

I love to sell items overseas, however, because I have had packages "disappear" in the past, I must use an option that includes tracking and some type of delivery confirmation. Please contact us for product availability and shipping quotes if you are not in the continental United States.

Shipping Methods:

Primarlily I use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. FedEX is an option, but might delay shipment a couple of days.

Because of the collectible nature of the products that we sell, I seldom will use a low cost method for shipping such as USPS Media Mail and USPS Parcel Post. The problem is that the items sit in the delivery system for a longer duration. I want them to you safely and quickly. I charge actual shipping cost plus a small amount for handling on items that do not need heavy packing.

Returns Policy

Contact me first. You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund including original shipping cost. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise it is up to the buyer to cover the return shipping cost using the same shipping method used to originally send the item to the customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of the return delivery date after package has been inspected. We do not charge a re-inventory fee.

If you need to return an item, contact me first, then simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
